Clinic hours Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm leaving your evenings and weekends free :-) Permanent full time position As the Practice Nurse, you will play a key role within a community health clinic supporting GP services and the CACH team. You will deliver high-quality patient care, contribute to preventative health programs and help maintain accreditation standards in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities include: Providing clinical care such as triage, immunisations, wound management, chronic disease management, ECGs and spirometry Coordinate recalls, health assessments including 715s and GP management plans Maintain documentation in line with RACGP standards Assist with pathology collection, stock control and support community health promotion activities. About You: You will hold current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse with experience in General Practice or Primary Health Care.
